DSJ Global is partnered with a well-established industrial manufacturing company that is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations. This individual will oversee maintenance strategy, equipment reliability, preventative maintenance programs, and a skilled maintenance team supporting a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all maintenance activities for a manufacturing facility.
- Manage and develop maintenance technicians and support personnel.
- Drive preventative and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
- Provide technical leadership on complex mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring maximum equipment uptime and operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues.
- Support and maintain equipment utilized in fabrication and manufacturing operations.
- Partner with production and plant leadership to ensure operational goals are met.
- Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and contractor relationships.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, productivity, and equipment performance.
- Ensure compliance with all company safety and maintenance standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, including troubleshooting, maintenance planning, and equipment reliability.
- Experience supporting fabrication processes, industrial equipment, and manufacturing operations.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve issues involving motors, drives, controls, conveyors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, and other industrial equipment.
- Proven ability to lead maintenance teams and drive performance improvements.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
