Resident Support Associate

Midway Staffing is seeking professional, customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Resident Support Associate. In this role, you will provide excellent resident support by assisting with package management and delivering outstanding customer service in a residential community.

• Clean and maintain common areas, entrances, hallways, and restrooms.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas.
• Collect and dispose of trash and recycling.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and reporting repair needs.
• Assist with moving furniture, equipment, or supplies as needed.
• Respond promptly to cleaning or maintenance requests.
• Ensure the property meets health and safety standards.
• Assist with various other tasks as needed.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous custodial, janitorial, or porter experience is an asset.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
