Range Water Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee on-site property maintenance at our NC communities. You will manage a maintenance team, handle work orders, safety compliance, and preventive maintenance while delivering clean, safe, and appealing properties for residents and staff.
Responsibilities include budgeting support, vendor coordination, and ensuring quality workmanship. Strong knowledge of Entrata/Yardi or One Site is preferred. Weekend availability may be required.
