- - Responsibilities:
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plant utilities and facility systems, including Reverse Osmosis (RO) water systems, Water for Injection (WFI), Pure Steam generation, HVAC, compressed air, boilers, and chillers;
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility equipment and GMP utility systems;
Diagnose machine failures and implement repairs to eliminate root causes;
Monitor utility performance, recording critical parameters, and maintaining GMP documentation in accordance with ALCOA principles;
Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and manufacturing teams to ensure utilities meet operational and compliance needs and participate in on-call rotations
