Title:
Tennis Maintenance Technician
Job Purpose:
To maintain and upkeep tennis courts and surrounding facilities, ensuring safe and optimal playing conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Regularly inspect and clean tennis courts, including sweeping, brushing, and removing debris.
Repair and maintain court surfaces, nets, fences, and other equipment.
Manage court lines and markings, ensuring proper visibility and adherence to regulations.
Monitor and maintain irrigation systems for optimal court hydration.
Manage and store equipment and supplies related to court maintenance.
Ensure the safety and cleanliness of surrounding areas, including walkways and seating.
Collaborate with other staff to address maintenance needs and ensure facility upkeep.
Required
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Required Experience:
Experience in tennis court maintenance
Required
Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of tennis court surfaces and maintenance practices
Ability to operate and maintain tennis court equipment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills
