Join our dynamic Environmental Services team as a Crew Leader I, where you'll take the lead on essential projects like power washing entrances, window washing, waxing floors, and more. In this hands‑on leadership role, you'll guide a dedicated team while helping maintain clean, safe, and welcoming campus spaces.

You’ll coordinate daily operations, address maintenance needs, and deliver high-quality service that directly impacts the campus community.

Working Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Key responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:

• Lead projects, including power washing, window washing, floor waxing, and re-lamping fixtures and dispensers
• Inspect and verify maintenance discrepancies and ensure timely resolution
• Provide support to other zones as needed, filling in for vacant positions or absenteeism
• Collect and submit timesheets within established timelines
• Perform critical duties during adverse weather or emergencies as assigned
• Complete accident reports within 24 hours of an incident
• Assist with equipment inventory and maintain a monthly inventory of storage closet supplies
• Submit supply orders for manager approval to ensure adequate stock levels
• Train new employees, ensuring they understand tasks and safety protocols
• Transport employees to various locations for assignments
