Tennis Maintenance Technician
Job PurposeTo maintain and upkeep tennis courts and surrounding facilities, ensuring safe and optimal playing conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Regularly inspect and clean tennis courts, including sweeping, brushing, and removing debris.
- Repair and maintain court surfaces, nets, fences, and other equipment.
- Manage court lines and markings, ensuring proper visibility and adherence to regulations.
- Monitor and maintain irrigation systems for optimal court hydration.
- Manage and store equipment and supplies related to court maintenance.
- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of surrounding areas, including walkways and seating.
- Collaborate with other staff to address maintenance needs and ensure facility upkeep.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Experience in tennis court maintenance
- Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of tennis court surfaces and maintenance practices
- Skills and Abilities: Ability to operate and maintain tennis court equipment
- Skills and Abilities: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Skills and Abilities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
