Perform structural repairs to masonry, woodwork, and furnishings; patch or replace plaster and plasterboard; paint walls and ceilings;
Trim, cut, and lay flooring including linoleum, tile, and carpet as part of routine maintenance and renovations;
Check fixtures, lighting, and signage for proper operation and maintain spare parts and bulbs;
Respond to and complete maintenance work orders in a timely, guest-focused manner;
Keep maintenance shop and guest rooms neat, safe, and orderly
