Lead Exterior Cleaning Technician – Unison Division (Experienced candidates only)

This is an experienced, customer-facing lead role. The physical work resembles our entry-level position, but a Unison Lead runs the truck, runs the route, and is the person the homeowner deals with from arrival to walkthrough. You own the schedule, the quality of every property you leave, and our reputation at each address.

You must meet all of the following to be considered:

• Valid NC driver's license with two or more years of licensed driving experience.
• A clean driving record. We review an MVR before hire and monitor driving records continuously throughout employment.
• Two or more years in route service, field service, delivery, the trades, or another role where you worked at customer properties without direct supervision.
• Availability Monday through Friday, on-site at 1240 Kirkland Rd in Raleigh by 7:30 AM.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal safety instructions in English, required to perform the job safely.
• Physical capability to meet the demands of the role, described below.
• A drug‑free, safety‑first mindset and professional conduct on every property.

• $25 to $26 per hour, depending on experience, with weather protection if hours run short due to rain or ice.
• You are the face of Unison at every stop. Customers know our technicians by name, and we back that reputation with training, equipment, and support.

• You've led route work. You've run a daily stop list, kept a crew on schedule, and owned the outcome at each address.
• Soft skills and professionalism:
  You speak well to customers. You introduce yourself, explain the work in plain terms, answer questions patiently, and handle a frustrated homeowner without losing your footing.
• You carry yourself professionally on someone's doorstep. Clean presentation, respectful tone, no surprises left behind.
• You protect the customer's property, including landscaping, vehicles, siding, and finishes. You leave the place looking great.
• Dependability above all. You do what you say, every day.
• You speak up proactively and ask if something's unclear or off-track, rather than after it becomes a callback.
• A team‑first attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
• Genuine interest in outdoor, hands‑on work.

Crews run Monday through Friday, clocking in between 7:15 and 7:30 AM. From there, expect to:

• Clean dryer vents, clear and flush gutters and downspouts, and pressure wash siding, driveways, and walkways at residential properties. The mix of work varies by season.
• Handle hoses, wands, ladders, and safety harnesses correctly and safely.
• Meet OSHA and internal safety standards on every job.
• Lift or pull up to 75 lbs, including holding equipment overhead for stretches of time.
