New Dimension Cleaning Service LLC is hiring dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to service commercial properties throughout the Charlotte area. Position
Commercial Cleaning Technician
Pay
$18–$22 per hour (based on experience)
Mileage Reimbursement Bonus Employees are reimbursed for approved mileage traveled between cleaning locations during the workday.

- Commercial facilities
Responsibilities
- Sweep, vacuum, mop, and dust assigned areas
- Clean and sanitize restrooms
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Clean glass, mirrors, and high-touch surfaces
- Report maintenance or supply issues
- Follow cleaning checklists and company standards
- Take before-and-after photos when required
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Smartphone with camera and texting capability
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Experience
- Commercial cleaning
- Janitorial services
- Housekeeping
- Custodial work
- Property management cleaning
(Experience preferred but not required. We will train the right person.)
