Transitions Life Care is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to ensure safe, reliable operation of our hospice campuses and grounds. You will perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance across buildings and systems, troubleshoot independently, and coordinate with vendors as needed.
The role supports a small, hands-on team, involves an on-site schedule Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm with on-call duties, and offers growth into leadership opportunities through succession planning.
