Greystar seeks a Maintenance Technician for the Whetstone property in Durham, NC. You will diagnose and repair building systems, perform preventative maintenance, make-ready vacant units, and support grounds and common areas.
Applicants must hold EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 50 lb; this on-site role requires on-call availability and resilience to weather conditions.
