The House Cleaning Lead is someone who sets the pace and raises the standard for what great cleaning looks like. You’ll be trusted to lead by example — showing professionalism with clients, delivering spotless work with consistency, and taking full ownership of your responsibilities.

Compensation

• Pay and Bonuses
  • Earn up to $25/hr plusbonusesand tips. Based on experience and performance.

Schedule

• Cleans between 8:00AM - 6:00PM
• Mileage Reimbursement
• Flexible Time Off Policy

• You will be Autonomous in your working without micromanagement with expectation you achieve your quota for day in a timely manner.
