Watchmaker – Luxury Fine Jewelry Store

We are a family-owned luxury fine jewelry store with a long-standing commitment to craftsmanship, integrity, and exceptional customer experience. We are seeking an experienced Watchmaker to join our in-house Watch Studio and uphold the highest standards in servicing and repairing luxury timepieces. The Watchmaker will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining high-end mechanical and quartz timepieces. The ideal candidate is highly skilled, detail-oriented, and experienced in servicing luxury watch brands to manufacturer-level standards.

• Complete diagnostics, overhauls, repairs, and restorations on luxury timepieces
• Service mechanical (automatic & manual) and quartz movements
• Providing estimates for service work
• Perform case and bracelet refinishing to luxury standards
• Conduct pressure testing and water resistance checks
• Maintain meticulous service records and documentation
• Communicate repair timelines and needs clearly with management
• Ensure all work meets our store’s quality and excellence standards

• Proven professional experience servicing and repairing luxury timepieces
• Demonstrated expertise in mechanical and automatic movement repair
• Experience working in a luxury retail, independent watch studio, or authorized service environment
• Strong understanding of precision tools, timing machines, and diagnostic equipment
• Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently while maintaining efficiency and accuracy

• Watchmaking certification (WOSTEP, SAWTA, or equivalent)
• Experience servicing Swiss luxury brands
