With their industry knowledge and experience, they integrated multiple businesses across the Mid-Atlantic and southeastern regions, while creating a few greenfield locations to get us where we are today.

IOS offers three national account-based medical plans. All plans include a pharmacy benefit that offers coverage for your medications including generic, brand, and specialty drugs.

IOS offers two dental plans. One plan has a standard plan year maximum, and our enhanced plan offers a higher plan year maximum, for years you need it. The plans provide 100 percent coverage for your preventive care services and pay a percentage of eligible expenses up to a plan year maximum, depending on the type of service.

Vision

IOS offers a vision plan to help cover the cost of exams as well as the purchase of glasses and contact lenses from an in-network provider, up to an annual limit.
