Anderson Automotive Group has an amazing opportunity available for a Building Maintenance Technician in our Raleigh locations to join our ever-growing company! This individual will be responsible for multiple dealership facilities as well as assisting our senior facility manager with other campuses as needed.

- Strong hands-on ability to directly perform and assist with onsite repairs for the dealership
- A self-starter who can manage their daily tasks and time efficiently
- Assist our senior facility manager at other locations as needed
- Develop and maintain appropriate relationships with key employees, management and outside vendors, while being heavily involved in hands-on maintenance
- Has continued focus and communication with housekeeping to ensure service levels are met
- Conduct regular inspection tours of all buildings, equipment and systems
- Assists in special event setup and activities
- Other duties as assigned by General Manager
- Valid driver's license with acceptable motor vehicle record is required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Communication:
Ability to effectively build rapport with others within the organization, as well as outside vendors. - Organization: A master of organization with tasks within multiple software's such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail/email for assigned tasks, work orders and events held at locations.
