Job Duties:

The Crew Leader I plays a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming campus environment. In this position,
you will provide hands on leadership and operational oversight for a variety of facilities projects, including specialized floor care, power washing, and window maintenance
. You will coordinate daily work activities, guide and support team members, ensure quality and safety standards are met, and help resolve maintenance concerns in a timely manner. Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 4:30 a.m.

Key responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:

• Lead projects, including power washing, window washing, floor waxing, and re-lamping fixtures and dispensers
• Inspect and verify maintenance discrepancies and ensure timely resolution
• Provide support to other zones as needed, filling in for vacant positions or absenteeism
• Collect and submit timesheets within established timelines
• Perform critical duties during adverse weather or emergencies as assigned
• Complete accident reports within 24 hours of an incident
• Assist with equipment inventory and maintain monthly inventory of storage closet supplies
