Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on guest rooms, public areas, and hotel equipment, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry issues;
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and hotel staff to ensure a safe and comfortable environment;
Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and complete assigned work orders in a timely manner;
Troubleshoot and repair facility systems, furniture, fixtures, and appliances as needed;
Maintain hotel grounds, parking areas, and exterior facilities to company standards
