CQV STW / Startup Maintenance Technician - North Carolina - 12 months
Our client, a global pharmaceutical manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced CQV STW / Startup Maintenance Technician to support the delivery of their large-scale CAPEX project based in North Carolina. With continued organizational growth and considerable investment across their portfolio and capital programs this is an extremely exciting opportunity to contribute towards their brand-new manufacturing facility on the East Coast of the United States.
What you’ll do:- Execute STW (Set to Work) protocols and system energization activities.
- Support Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) planning and execution for utilities and process systems.
- Participate in Mechanical Completion walkdowns and turnover readiness reviews.
- Perform pre-commissioning checks and startup readiness activities.
- Support software downloads, loop checks, calibrations, and functional testing activities.
- Experience in industrial, mechanical, maintenance, commissioning, startup, or utility systems experience.
- Demonstrated experience working with and energizing live utility systems, including 480V environments.
- Experience supporting commissioning, startup, turnover, or CQV activities.
- Knowledge of industrial control systems, instrumentation, and utility equipment.
- Experience performing loop checks, calibrations, testing, troubleshooting, and field verification activities.
