The Cleaner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Raleigh, NC. The cleaner is responsible for performing routine and deep cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in residential and/or commercial spaces. Daily duties may include cleaning restrooms and kitchens, emptying trash, replenishing supplies, and ensuring all assigned areas meet company standards. The role also involves following safety guidelines, using cleaning equipment and chemicals properly, and reporting any maintenance or safety issues.

Cleaners are expected to be punctual, follow instructions from supervisors, and interact with clients and team members in a professional manner.

• Ability to perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing with consistent quality.
• Knowledge of safe handling and proper use of cleaning products, equipment, and basic safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry cleaning equipment for extended periods.
• Prior professional cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training may be provided.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Raleigh, NC, with a flexible schedule that may include evenings or weekends as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent is beneficial; eligibility to work in the United States and reliable transportation to the worksite are required.
