DMA Night Shift Sorter

Atlantic Staffing Consultants is seeking a DMA (Daily Maintenance Assistant) for the Night Shift at a recycling facility in Raleigh, NC
.

• 3rd Shift: 6:00 PM – 5:30 AM
• Monday–Friday and almost every Saturday. Sundays as needed.
• Plenty of overtime available
• Weekly Pay
• Pay: $13.66/hr
• Overtime: $20.49/hr
• Schedule subject to change

The DMA (Daily Maintenance Assistant) is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and supporting facility operations as needed after hours when the sorting line is shut down.

• Cleaning facility machines after Lock Out Tag Out Training.
• Cleaning Screens, Bearings and PIT.
• Assist team members with heavy or bulky items as needed.
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas by sweeping, raking, and removing debris.
• Operating the baler to bale material as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

• Steel-toed boots or shoes required.
• Ability to lift 25–65 lbs safely.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment

• Must be 18 years or older
  .
• Experience in waste management or warehouse environments is a plus, but motivated candidates without experience are welcome—training provided
