- Ensure that the school building is ready for the day on all school days.
- Help perform setup and takedown of tables for lunch.
- Lawn mowing/grounds maintenance at school campus only.
- Periodic setup/takedown for special events.
- Assist with ongoing preventative maintenance plan.
- Assist with special projects on school and main church campuses.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to work independently.
- General understanding of basic handyman tasks.
- Flexibility to respond to after hours emergencies.
- Familiarity with technology; computers and various systems.
- Maintain a current driver's license.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Education and Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Complete Archdiocese of Omaha Safe Environment training and background check.
