Hourly: $11.41 to $13.50.

• Provide sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, and mopping for storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevator, etc.
• Dispose of trash
• Maintain and track cleaning supply inventory, requesting supplies as needed
• Other duties as assigned

The work involves moderate risks or discomforts that require special safety precautions, such as working around moving parts or machines, fumes or irritant chemicals. Protective clothing, masks, goggles, gloves, or shields may be required.

The job requires some physical exertion such as long periods of staying stationary, moving around outdoors, reaching objects at varying heights, and moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50lb (assisted or unassisted).
