Buildings & Grounds Custodian (12 Month)

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in custodial and cleaning operations preferred
- In possession of a valid Black Seal Boiler Operator's license or higher, or must obtain a license within twelve (12) months of the hire date
- Criminal history background check
- U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status
Shift: Mid-day Shift (10:30 am - 7:30 pm)
Position Type:
Full-time, 12-Month Ramsey Buildings & Grounds Association-Affiliated
Salary Range:
Compensation will be in accordance with the Ramsey Buildings & Grounds Association collective bargaining agreement. The salary guide range for custodial positions is $46,164 to $56,014.
