Monday through Fri 8:00-4:30, Saturdays 7:30-2:00

What You'll Do

• Produce billable labor on the vehicles brought into the Service Department for service or repair
• Dispatch work to all group members in a fair equitable manner
• Ensure technicians are properly trained and have breadth of experience necessary to cover customer needs
• Resolve customer questions and concerns in a professional and prompt manner
• Develop a production plan each month
• Ensure that all manufacturer policies and procedures are followed

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of automotive repair experience in a dealership or private setting
• Up-to-date ASE and manufacturer certifications
• Demonstrated ability in leading a team and teaching others the how/why of performing their job
• Advanced diagnostic and repair capabilities across multiple systems
• Proficient in engine and transmission repair/replacement, electrical and drivability diagnostics
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Total Rewards

The flat rate pay range for this position is $24 to $72 per flat rate hour. This is a performance driven position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of the total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Team Production/Productivity.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
