Classic employee 3% @ 60, PEPRA employee 2% @ 62
CalPERS health insurance offering variety of HMO's and PPO's. The District contributes 92% of the health plan premium, and the employee is responsible for the remaining 8% of the premium for the whole family up to $3,005.91 per month. Dental and vision insurance are also paid by the District.
Life Insurance$20,000 for the first probationary year and $100,000 thereafter.
LeavePTO - 12.43 hours / month
Sick Leave - 17.22 hours / month
Holiday - 12 designated holidays per year
Childbirth Disability Leave - 6 weeks of paid leave after the birth of a child during the disability period
IncentivesEducation Incentive - Up to 10.5% max

Education and ExperienceEducation must be obtained through a post secondary institution currently accredited by any accreditation body recognized by either the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) or the United States Department of Education.

LicensePossession of and ability to maintain a current valid California Driver's License, Class C, is a condition of employment. Ability to obtain and maintain a current valid California Driver's License, Class B, is a condition of employment. Applicant will have one (1) year to obtain a Class B License from date of hire.
