Lead a team of exterior service technicians to deliver high-quality landscaping and exterior maintenance to Walmart facilities;
Perform landscaping tasks including grass cutting, weed management, pruning, and chemical applications as needed;
Oversee exterior building/grounds maintenance such as irrigation, pressure washing, and general upkeep;
Utilize mobile devices and work-order systems to manage and document tasks and asset safety;
Model and enforce safety, ethics, and policy compliance on site.
