Franklin Templeton is seeking a facilities technician to maintain our Rancho Cordova campus. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems, ensure safety controls, and coordinate with vendors to deliver reliable service.
This on-site role requires 3–5 years of facilities and maintenance experience, a can-do attitude, and strong teamwork to support five buildings and a warehouse.
