Are you an experienced low-voltage leader with a background in healthcare technology systems? We're looking for a Healthcare Foreman who can lead field teams, coordinate complex projects, and deliver high-quality installations of nurse call, security, and fire life safety systems in active healthcare environments.
What You'll Bring- Experience leading and developing teams of technicians in the field
- Strong knowledge of nurse call, access control, CCTV, and fire life safety systems
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
- Advanced troubleshooting and system programming skills
- Experience coordinating with project managers, contractors, AHJs, and customers
- Strong understanding of healthcare construction and renovation environments
- Ability to manage project schedules, labor resources, and installation quality
- Knowledge of life safety codes, industry standards, and safety practices
- Experience documenting project progress, change orders, inspections, and closeouts
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Lead onsite installation teams and coordinate daily project activities
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards
- Review project plans and direct installation activities
- Troubleshoot and support system commissioning and startup
- Manage inspections, customer walkthroughs, and project closeout activities
- Mentor and train technicians to support team growth and performance
- Serve as the primary onsite resource for customers, contractors, and project stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and communicate risks, changes, and resource needs
- 8+ years in construction and/or low voltage installation.
- 5+ years installing low voltage in the Healthcare environment.
- 4+ years in a leadership role.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (required)
- Associates of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering Technology (preferred)
- Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) (preferred)
- Electrical Mechanic Trade School (preferred)
- Result oriented; ability to achieve the target within given time.

- Ability to coach, train and motivate team members
- Ability to read and understand construction documents and project specifications.
- Ability to read, write, hear, speak, and comprehend English.
- Advanced technical knowledge of construction/low voltage/fire life safety equipment and processes.
- Manufacture knowledge and certified on fire life safety systems used/installed in Hospitals.
- Able to troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties
- Proof of valid car insurance
- Proof of immunizations and TB testing.
- Manufacturer & continuing education training
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and travel out of area, as needed
- Punctuality and regular attendance (required)
- Ability to drive for 2+ hours in a work shift/day, daily.
- Ability to drive, walk, bend, stoop, hear, and speak, daily.
- Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments, under all temperature variations.
- Work environment may be construction sites, commercial buildings, high rise buildings, and/or hospitals with patient contact.
- Ascend/Descend and work at heights above 6ft and extreme heights, occasionally
- Move/Transport/Install/Remove items weighing 50+ pounds, daily
- Pushing/Pulling using upper extremities, daily
- Position self to work in confined spaces, occasionally
