Join Walmart as a Landscape Technician and be part of a team committed to maintaining the exterior grounds of our retail stores. The role involves everyday maintenance of parking lots, building exteriors, and surrounding landscapes to uphold cleanliness and safety standards throughout the year.

• Conduct ground maintenance activities in parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Mow, trim, and prune landscaping to keep the exterior environment pristine.
• Collaborate with associates to manage all aspects of landscaping and exterior maintenance.
• Adhere to safety, security, and integrity protocols and ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements at local, federal, and state levels.
• Assist with the upkeep of employee areas and store surroundings to support a positive customer experience.

• Hourly rate of $23.00 – $42.00 per hour, based on skill set, experience, and job offer level.
• Potential premiums of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping.
• Age 18 or older.

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in engineering, maintenance, construction management, or related area.
• Experience in third‑party management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Spanish language skills (speaking and understanding).
• State or local licensing where required.
