Maintenance:
Performs general maintenance as needed or assigned; defrosting refrigerators; changing light bulbs and A/C filters; checking fire extinguishers, exits, and emergency lights monthly; completing maintenance work orders; creating work orders for more specific maintenance.;
Housekeeping: Routine and deep cleaning of common areas and offices; washes, dries, folds, and returns resident laundry; stocks supplies; washes interior windows and fixtures.;
Food Service:
Dining room set up, updating menus, table setup, and ensuring furnishings are clean; sets up for special events.;
Support:
Delivers papers, flyers, etc. to resident apartments; answers phones; collects information and assists with mailings.
