Antwerpen Maintenance

Antwerpen Automotive is actively hiring! We are looking for a full-time Assistant Facility Maintenance/Handyman for our busy Automotive Dealership Group. Must have 2-3 years experience in most of the following areas:
Painting, replacing ceiling tiles, drywall repair, light plumbing, light carpentry, and identifying general issues that need preventive maintenance.

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of facilities
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and repair work
• Coordinate with team members to schedule maintenance tasks and minimize downtime
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and regulations
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and order parts as needed
• This is not a janitorial or grounds keeping position.

• Reliable communication device (phone, text, email) capable
• Must have general building maintenance tools
• Good work ethics and positive attitude
• Good organizational and time management abilities

• Competitive compensation of $22.00 - $25.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly

The position is Monday through Friday. The main shop location is in Randallstown, MD, but you will be provided a company vehicle to use during work hours so you can travel to our different locations throughout the Baltimore/Columbia area.
