Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Phase Technologies is seeking a mechanically and electrically inclined problem-solver to provide phone and email technical support for our industrial digital phase converters and variable frequency drives (VFDs). If you know what volts and amps are, enjoy troubleshooting equipment, and like helping customers solve real-world problems — this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do- Provide phone and email troubleshooting support for industrial electrical equipment
- Help customers diagnose wiring, installation, and operational issues
- Clearly explain technical solutions in a simple, professional manner
- Document calls and maintain accurate records
- Assist with warranty claims and damaged equipment processes
- Support the manufacturing floor as needed
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems and wants to use hands‑on technical knowledge in an office‑based environment.
What We’re Looking For- Basic understanding of electrical concepts (volts, amps, wiring fundamentals)
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable discussing equipment operation
- Strong problem‑solving ability
- Good communication skills — able to explain technical topics clearly
- Organized and detail‑oriented
- Self‑motivated and dependable
- Electrical apprentice
- Military technical experience
- Manufacturing technician
Associate degree in Electronics preferred but not required if experience demonstrates technical ability.
- $20+ per hour (DOE)
