Reports to: Storage Yard Supervisor

* Preferred experience in large RV's and/or combination vehicles
* Overall Responsibilities of the Storage Yard Associate:

• The Storage Yard Associate will provide outstanding oversight of the HRCR Member's recreational vehicles while in the storage yard, transported to a site, and during any service calls.
• Meets or exceeds Member service expectations.
• Works well with other team members.
• Adheres to Hart Ranch Camping Resort (HRCR) Employee Handbook and Employee Safety Manual.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

The Storage Yard Associate Will:

• Operate a tow-truck in a safe and courteous manner to move recreational vehicles from the storage yard to assigned sites.
• Ensure HRCR storage yard area is presentable at all times and adhere to HRCR curb appeal standard by maintaining the property (mowing and weed eating) and picking up trash as needed.
• Survey leased storage sites for tidy appearances.
• Report all maintenance issues and concerns identified while performing daily duties to Supervisor.
• Provide various services to Members, such as winterization, de-winterization, battery charge, air in tires, hookups, etc.
• Brand the new recreational vehicles that enter the storage yard, check existing brands on recreational vehicles, and check that the correct recreational vehicle is in their leased storage site.

Requirements

Preferred experience driving tractor trailers. Minimum of 18 years of age. Must be a motivated self-starter. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays & special events as needed.

Hold a valid state driver's license and maintain a satisfactory driving record.
