Pay Range: $16 per hour Benefits:
Health, Dental and Vision – offered 1st of the month following 60 days of employment. 401(k) – offered the 1st Quarter following 1 year of service.

Hours and Shift:

This is a full time position up to 40 hours per week and weekend.

5 days a week

Graveyard 10pm to 6am

Must be 21 or older

We are seeking a responsible custodian to maintain and protect our facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in building upkeep, physical endurance, and a keen eye for detail.

• Prepare spaces for the next day (empty trash, tidy furniture, dust)
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies
• Clean mirrors and windows
• Maintain outdoor areas (water plants, mow lawn, clean entrances)
• Use insecticides to prevent pests
• Report damages and assist with repairs
• Perform occasional tasks (snow shoveling, moving heavy items)

• Experience as custodian or janitor
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals
• Attention to detail and reliability
• Physical strength and endurance

High school diploma preferred but not required
