A Laundry Attendant is responsible for performing all stages of linen processing: sorting and weighing soiled and unsoiled linen, loading and unloading washers and dryers, folding and storing linen to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. Specifically, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Clean laundry machinery.
• Assist in laundry inventories.
• Keep laundry area clean.
• Fold and store valet and laundry bags.
• Ensure chemicals are used and stored correctly.
• Report maintenance and hazard issues.
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.

Ability to operate washer and dryer equipment. Ability to work alone or in teams. Ability to respond to guest requests and deliver high levels of service. Methodical and well organised.

• Previous laundry experience.
• Experience in a similar role.
