F&B Captain Lead your team to create unforgettable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests. This mid‑level, full‑time role is based in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, within the hospitality industry at Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island.

• Take care of resource planning, manage your team and support your team's development
• Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Restaurant Service Operations team
• Supervise and delegate duties; ensure brand standards are maintained
• Regularly review house counts, forecast and VIP list and communicate daily between all outlets
• Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal
• Focus on guest feedback and continuously improve guest satisfaction scores

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Degree in hospitality management or food & beverage
• Well‑versed with Restaurant Service Operations
• Service‑focused personality and passion for everything food and beverage
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
