Maintenance Technician - Northern Idaho

Prodigy Property Management is seeking a reliable, skilled Maintenance Technician who is motivated, takes initiative, and thrives working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring our properties remain safe, functional, and appealing. You'll perform hands-on maintenance across multiple residential properties in the Rathdrum and Post Falls area, taking ownership of work quality and time management.

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on building interiors and exteriors, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC-related tasks.

• Respond promptly to work orders and complete them efficiently with minimal supervision.

• Keep properties, common areas, and parking lots clean, safe, and well-maintained.

• Assist with maintaining strong curb appeal-ensuring properties are welcoming and resident-ready.

• Manage and organize tools, materials, and maintenance inventory at the shop and on-site.

• Prepare and turn vacant units quickly and thoroughly, typically within three days.

• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

You're the right fit if you're hardworking, resourceful, and detail-oriented. You take pride in craftsmanship, enjoy problem-solving, and can balance teamwork with independence. Experience in property maintenance, building repair, or a related trade is preferred.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle

• Ability to travel between multiple property sites

• Prior maintenance or skilled trade experience (preferred but not required)
