Salary Range: $70,780-$85,780 Dependent on education and years of experience. Benefits:

Objective:
To provide leadership, management, and oversight for all maintenance and custodial operations within our six schools and additional district facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional learning environment. This includes responsibility for the upkeep of all district buildings, grounds, and equipment, as well as the supervision and direction of maintenance and custodial personnel. The Maintenance Director will also play a key role in planning and implementing preventative maintenance programs and managing departmental budgets efficiently.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field preferred. Minimum of five years of experience in building maintenance and custodial services, with at least three years in a supervisory role, ideally in a school district or similar environment. Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components, with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability. Experience in managing budgets and overseeing procurement processes, demonstrating financial responsibility and resourcefulness.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build rapport with staff, contractors, and district stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to collaboration. Proficiency in using computer software, including maintenance management systems, to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
