• Ensuring the daily upkeep of buildings and grounds in order to present the Community in a positive and impressive manner for Residents and guests
• Responsibility of the lawn care, landscaping, and snow/ice removal where applicable

• High school Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
• Minimum one (1) year of landscaping and groundskeeping experience
• Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination
