Surface Repair Specialist

No two jobs are the same and most repairs require creativity, while only taking an hour to complete. We are building a local branch (first in the Boston area) of a national brand and looking for individuals who are creative, team players, flexible, & teachable.

• Perform surface repair tasks such as countertops, cabinets, flooring, bathroom fixtures, appliances, and furniture.
• Use creativity and technical skills to complete repairs typically within an hour.
• Manage your own daily schedule and coordinate with team members.
• Provide customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Experience working with your hands, through previous work experience or a hobby.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work as a team, but manage your own schedule on a daily basis.
• Customer service experience.
• Art background is helpful, but not necessary.
• Understanding color and how to match color; color blindness is not suitable for this job.
