Location: Fairlane Gardens Nursing and Rehab – Reading, PA

Fairlane Gardens Nursing and Rehab is seeking a skilled Maintenance Director to lead the Maintenance Department at our skilled nursing facility. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing department operations to ensure the facility is maintained in an efficient, clean, safe, and comfortable manner.

• Full-Time

• Maintain the facility and department to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient environment

• Ensure all equipment, supplies, and disinfectants are available and operable for daily duties

• Oversee environmental staff to ensure adherence to Universal Precautions, safety protocols, fire and disaster procedures, and departmental policies

• Conduct daily rounds to monitor performance, confirm compliance with procedures, and address any maintenance needs

• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and regulatory compliance within the department

• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a supervisory role

• Training in environmental control practices and procedures preferred

• Prior medical or long-term care experience is desirable
