Your Impact:

* Maintain a clean and sanitary facility by removing trash, cleaning floors, restrooms, common areas, etc.

* Assisting with proper upkeep of building exteriors, railings, and grounds

* Clean and sanitize equipment and fixtures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.

* Identify and report basic maintenance issues and assist with quick fixes (light bulbs, filter changes etc.)

* Adhere to safety protocols and standard operating procedures.

Your Strengths:

* You are flexible and can handle juggling multiple tasks or switching between tasks.

* You are a team player who values collaboration and brings positivity to the facility

* You are meticulous, organized and take pride in your work

* You are autonomous, can be relied on to get tasks done on your own
