Perform general maintenance and repair to facility and equipment, including plumbing, carpentry, painting and mechanical equipment repair;
Act as back-up for call person in case of emergency, respond timely and appropriately;
Operate hand and power tools safely and in accordance with preventive maintenance schedules;
Inspect and maintain emergency power equipment including generator, fire alarm system, extinguishers, lighting, plumbing, and furniture as needed;
Perform other maintenance-related tasks as assigned
