Constellation Energy is seeking a Maintenance Support Manager to lead maintenance planning and reliability efforts across our utility operations. In this role, you will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs, coordinate work orders, manage vendors, and ensure assets operate safely and efficiently. You will analyze equipment performance data, optimize maintenance schedules, and support root-cause investigations for failures. Partnering with operations, engineering, and safety teams, you will drive continuous improvement, champion compliance with regulations and company standards, and mentor technicians to uphold high reliability and performance in a dynamic, sustainability-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs for utility assets
- Plan, prioritize, and track maintenance work orders and backlog
- Analyze asset performance and maintenance data to improve reliability
- Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment failures
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with operations and engineering on maintenance strategies and outages
- Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and spare parts coordination
- Optimize maintenance schedules and procedures for efficiency and uptime
- Develop and maintain maintenance documentation, SOPs, and records
- Coach and support technicians and staff in best maintenance practices
