What You'll Do

The Custodial & Maintenance Worker is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and well-functioning environment throughout company facilities and surrounding grounds. Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform routine custodial and sanitation duties, including cleaning floors, restrooms, windows, designated work areas, and common spaces.
  • Collect, remove, and dispose of trash and assist with maintaining on-site laundry facilities.
  • Perform general grounds cleanup and assist with light snow and ice removal.
  • Complete basic maintenance and handyman tasks, such as changing light bulbs, addressing minor plumbing issues, and performing simple repairs.
  • Inspect and assist with the upkeep and cleanliness of company fleet vehicles, including conducting monthly vehicle inspections.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and other necessary materials.
  • Assist with moving furniture, setting up meeting rooms, accepting and moving deliveries, and supporting company events as needed.
  • Serve as a point of contact for outside contractors and assist with escorting vendors throughout company facilities when necessary.
  • Help maintain the overall safety, cleanliness, security, and appearance of company buildings, grounds, and vehicles.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned in the specific job roles. Who We're Looking For

Required:
