Education:

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, or equivalent experience. Work setting:
Restaurant. Tasks:
Co-ordinate special events. Determine the size of food portions and costs. Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances. Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
