The Facility Custodian is responsible to assist with general housekeeping and light maintenance of the work site and grounds. This includes cleaning/maintenance of the overall facility including restrooms, break rooms, and outside yard.

Pay Range: $14.00-$16.00

• Restroom maintenance and cleaning, and keeping restrooms stocked with toilet tissue, soap dispensers filled, paper towel dispensers filled, and all other restroom products stocked.
• Properly break down and dispose of cardboard, including use of cardboard baler.
• Empty all trash receptacles and dispose of trash properly.
• Keep floors in clean condition to include mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and/or floor scrubber.
• Replace light bulbs as necessary.
• Possible lawn mowing/maintenance and snow removal.
