Janitor - Mercy Oaks Village

The Janitor/Custodian will work with maintenance staff to coordinate a cleaning schedule. This is an on‑site position.

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour.

Hours:

40 hours per week.

• Cleans and maintains the lobby, windows, doors, floors, and hallways.
• Vacuums and mops floors and carpets in common areas daily.
• Clean and sanitize laundry room, community room, conference room, and management offices daily.
• Vacuum hallways and clean community bathrooms daily.
• Maintain cleanliness of all common areas inside and outside the building as needed.

• Two (2) years of experience in custodial or related cleaning work.
