  • Clean and maintain common areas including hallways, lobbies, laundry rooms, and outdoor grounds.
  • Respond to resident service requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor building systems and report safety hazards, maintenance concerns, or repair needs.
  • Support the property management team with special projects as assigned.
Qualifications

  • Ability to safely operate basic tools and cleaning equipment.
  • General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
  • Positive, self‑motivated, and customer‑service oriented.
Physical Requirements

  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Schedule
  • Part‑Time;
Wednesday thru Sunday (or) Thursday thru Monday.
  • Flexibility to assist with occasional after‑hours emergencies is preferred.
Compensation
  • Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
  • Benefits may be available depending on position status (full‑time/part‑time).
What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail‑oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working with a wide range of personalities
  • Self‑starter who can take initiative while also following directions
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to use email daily
  • Ability to stay organized and manage light but varied responsibilities
